I use an online client portal to manage billing and insurance. Rates will be agreed upon prior to first session, insurance rates vary based on provider and copay.
I accept most insurance providers and use a third-party platform (Headway) to process insurance billing.

Scheduling & Cancellations
You can request new appointments through the client portal. Automatic reminders will be sent 48 hours in advance.
Please provide 24-hour notice on cancellations. A fee will be charged if cancelled after that timeframe.
